What is included in a pump rebuild kit versus buying individual parts?
A rebuild kit contains the full set of wear parts for one section of the pump, or both. The T3 lower seal kit 26C757, for example, includes two 106258 O-rings, the 113944 O-ring, 15J562 piston cup packing, 15J565 U-cup packing, 15J566 wear ring, two stainless balls, three clevis pins and the 103414 O-ring. Buying those separately from Transfer Pump Parts works when you only need one item, but for a full service the kit is faster and more reliable, so you won’t end up short a pin halfway through the project.
How do I match a rebuild kit to my specific pump model?
Check the model and series on your pump's ID tag first. Graco T3 pumps split by series, so a series B pump with a tapered lower takes kit 26C757 while the earlier style uses lower kit 247883, which is listed for T2, T3 SST and series A T3 carbon steel pumps. IPM kits are listed by the pump numbers they fit, such as 810201 through 810204, right in the product name. Still not sure?
