Product Overview
SurfaSeal™ Biobased Lubricant is an environmentally friendly, silicone-free lubricant that protects
pump rods and packings by preventing coatings from drying out. It provides high lubrication to the
displacement rod, minimizing friction, wear, and abrasion on components. Additionally, it prevents
flash rust and extends equipment lifespan.

The product is stable under normal storage conditions and compatible with carbon steel, stainless
steel, and aluminum alloys. It is gentle on most O-rings, gaskets, seals, and linings and remains
effective in extremely cold environments (< -90 °F).

An ideal replacement for products containing Phthalic Acid Esters (DPHP, Di-(2-Propyl Heptyl)
Phthalate, Tricresyl Phosphate, Trixylenyl Phosphate) and petroleum-based lubricants.

Directions

To prevent premature packing wear, fill the pump's wet cup halfway with SurfaSeal™ Biobased
Lubricant. This provides high lubrication for the displacement rod, prevents flash rusting, and extends
equipment life.
SurfaSeal™ is a companion product to GSP's Resin and Urethane Foam Removers.
