Product Description
SURF X FLUSH 2000™ is an efficient cleaning solution formulated for flushing, low-pressure spraying,
immersion cleaning, and wiping tasks in polyurethane processing equipment.
The product removes buildup from hardened ISO (A) lines, hoses, overspray, and resin contamination, and
dissolves a wide range of polyurethane and resin-based materials.
Maximum flushing time: 4 hours. Do not leave SURF X FLUSH 2000™ in the system overnight.
Applications
SURF X™ FLUSH 2000 is designed for cleaning and flushing of:
Isocyanate Processing Systems: ISO (A) lines, hoses and feed systems
Mixing & Pumping Equipment: Mixing heads, gear pumps and holding tanks
Foam Processing Equipment: Foam molds, curing devices, conveyors, rollers and troughs
Industrial Systems: Spray foam and adhesive processing equipment

Operating Guidelines
-Flushing
Use full strength at room temperature (do not heat). Circulate 2–3 gallons through ISO (A) lines until solvent
runs clear (maximum 4 hours). Perform final rinse with 2–3 gallons NZD ISO FLUSH™. Do not reuse spent
solvent.
Immersion Cleaning
Use full strength at room temperature or heated to 140°F max for cleaning mixing heads, gear pumps, molds,
rollers, tanks and other foam processing components.
Maximum flushing time: 4 hours. Do not leave the product in the system overnight.
