Understanding RAC X Tip Sizes:
The first digit of the three-digit tip size indicates approximately half of the spray fan width when spraying about 12 inches from the surface. The final two digits indicate the tip orifice diameter in thousandths of an inch.
For example, a tip ending in 21 has a 0.021-inch orifice. Actual flow rate and spray pattern can vary depending on spraying pressure and the material being applied.
