Product Description
The Graco Fusion ProConnect Replacement Cartridge is designed to make Fusion gun maintenance faster, cleaner, and easier for spray foam and polyurea contractors. Instead of rebuilding multiple individual fluid-section components, the ProConnect cartridge replaces the main fluid head assembly as one complete component, helping reduce downtime and get the gun back in service quickly.
This cartridge is used with the Graco Fusion PC spray gun and can also be used with a Fusion AP gun only when the gun has been converted with the ProConnect Retrofit Kit. A new cartridge can help restore proper spray performance when the gun is spraying unevenly due to restriction in the cartridge, only spraying one chemical, or showing signs of reacted material near the side seals. Inspect for restriction prior to replacing.
The ProConnect design is especially useful for contractors who need a quick field-service option on the jobsite. When a cartridge becomes restricted or contaminated with cured foam or polyurea, it can be replaced quickly to help keep production moving.

Common Reasons to Replace the Cartridge
- Gun only sprays one chemical when triggered
- Spray pattern is restricted or inconsistent
- Reacted foam or polyurea is found near the side seals
- Grease tool is forced backward off the fluid port during restriction testing
- Cured material has obstructed internal passages
- Cartridge seals or sealing surfaces are damaged or contaminated
Poor pattern or spray-ability is not always a fault of the cartridge. Most likely, material parameters or mix chamber cleanliness is at fault. Verify mix chamber is clean and cartridge is unrestricted prior to replacing.
Storage & Maintenance Note
If a usable cartridge has been exposed to chemical and removed from the gun, it should be stored properly in a moisture-free environment. Exposure to air can cause material to cure inside the cartridge, which may obstruct passages and damage seals. Follow Graco’s recommended cleaning and storage procedures for cartridges that will be reused.
