Product Description
The 3M Versaflo TR-600 Series PAPR Assembly is a powered air purifying respirator system designed to provide comfortable respiratory protection in demanding industrial and jobsite environments. When used with the proper 3M filters or cartridges, the TR-600 system helps protect against certain particulates, gases, and vapors, including organic vapor and acid gas hazards.
This Versaflo PAPR system uses a belt-mounted blower to deliver filtered air to compatible 3M headgear or facepieces. The blower automatically adjusts airflow as the filter loads, helping maintain consistent airflow during use. User-selectable airflow settings allow workers to choose the flow level that feels most comfortable while still maintaining proper system performance.
The TR-600 Series is commonly used in applications such as spray foam insulation, spray coating, painting, chemical handling, manufacturing, mold remediation, demolition, facility maintenance, welding, and other environments where powered respiratory protection may be required.

Spray Foam Contractor Note
For spray foam applications, respiratory protection must be selected based on the chemical system being sprayed, jobsite ventilation, exposure levels, and the manufacturer’s SDS requirements. Always follow OSHA requirements, 3M selection guidance, the chemical manufacturer’s SDS, and your company’s respiratory protection program.
