The Fluid Temperature Sensor (FTS) monitors the temperature of the chemical in the hose and sends a signal back to the proportioner to regulate the hose heat.

Thermocouples are a very accurate and reliable way to monitor and maintain hose temperature.This sensor is placed in the A(iso) side of your spray foam hose to regulate hose temperature. For most accurate application temperature reading this sensor should be mounted between the last section of spray hose and the whip hose (Recommended by Graco). For decreased accuracy but increased lifespan of the sensor it is also commonly placed at the next connection back from the gun (60ft from the gun).
